How much are the products?We have different prices depending on the quantities per item as well as the complexity and nature of the project and logos. Can I order only 1 piece of an item?No, the minimum order is 25 pieces.

What is the minimum order quantity?The minimum quantity to order is 25 pieces.

What are your production lead times?Our production lead times are 3 to 5 weeks from the date where the design is approved, you have given us your Purchase Order and we have received the deposit or full payment. As we are a seasonal business the lead time depends on the season. In the event of a tight deadline, it is sometimes possible to prioritize your order.

Can I pick up my order to avoid the shipping fee?Yes, you can. Our pick-up location is: 7880 Tranmere Dr. Mississauga, ON, Canada L5S 1L9

What files do we need?We prefer to have adjustable (workable) files, such as AI, PSD, IND, CDR, and PDF (if workable). Please be advised, JPEG files are for review. However, if you don't have any other working files you can submit a JPEG for production as well.

What is a "working file" and why do we need it?Working files are adjustable and they won't pixelate even in extra high zoom. They are not images, not photos, they are vector files. An AI or EPS file will not be a working file just because it's been saved in that format! If your file contains an image you have to vectorize it, so it will be workable. We need a working file, as we have to separate each color from the other for the production process.

Is it possible to preview what my design will look like?Yes. We will send you designs on a 2D mockup with different options. You will be able to see what your designs will look like, and will be able to adjust them until you are 100% satisfied.

Color choicesIf you require a specific PANTONE color to be used for your order, please let us know the PMS color code. If you don't specify your color choices, we will color-pick from your submitted logo, or will provide you with options to choose from during the design approval process.

I don't have ideas or a specific logo to use for my order. Can you provide it?Of course! You can view our product catalog, and select any logo from it. Also, you can check out our logo catalog and select the best design. If you don't like any logos or have a specific idea or still have no idea at all, don't worry!
