In 2001, Dubwear became a member of the Fair Labor Association (FLA). The FLA was developed to help eliminate sweatshop practices and improve working conditions in factories all over the world. The FLA brings together all types of groups, companies and institutions to work together to create a universal code of conduct for workplaces. All companies that join the FLA make a commitment to implement the code as well as to monitor and remediate the supply chain.
